International Shipping
We happily accept orders from customers both outside Canada and the USA. Please be aware that US and international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can impact delivery times.
Custom fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay the duties or taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned back to us at the customer's expense

Exclusions for Hygienic Purposes
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or body jewelry.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
