Shipping policy

By placing an order through this website you will agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectation on our service.

All shipments are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. (Mon-Fri; excluding Holidays)

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

 

Delivery Times
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days. Orders shipped within the US and Canada are in transit for up to 5 - 14 days. International orders can be in transit for 7 - 22 days. 

 

P.O. Box Shipping
Her Accessory Lane will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. 

 

Tracking Notifications
Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking number which they will be able to follow their package based on the latest updates made available by the sipping provider. You can track you package via www.CanadaPost.ca 

 

Import Duties & Taxes
US and International orders may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause a delay in the delivery of your order. All applicable custom fees, duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Her Accessory Lane encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing your order with us. If you refuse to pay the duties or taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Her Accessory Lane at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
